Nico Grady

Nico is an advisor at Mental HERO. Nico was brought onto the team near the 4 year anniversary and is proud to be a part of this great organization. Through his past experiences where he has struggled with depression, he knows exactly how it feels to be affected by mental health.

Now with Mental HERO, his goal is to bring awareness to the aid/resources that are available. He heavily believes in reaching out for help. Nico was able to recover due to the help he received from therapy. Reaching out for help sooner is better than later before things can spiral out of hand. Therefore Nico wants to provide awareness to the youth so that they can comfortably and easily get the help they need. Mental HERO is here to give help that his younger self could have benefited from.

After Nico turns 18 in August of 2027, he will join the Board of Directors as the treasurer. Since he is not 18 yet, he will be the head of the advisory board. His dedication and commitment to Mental HERO shows that he wants to be part of this team and to further the progress of Mental HERO.
